Former Acordia Executive to Accelerate Recruitment
And Talent Development Efforts at Insurance Brokerage Firm
Tuesday, September 30, 2008, Paramus, NJ - Peggy McGrane has joined The NIA Group, LLC as the firm’s Human Resources Director. In her new role, Peggy is charged with accelerating the insurance broker’s professional recruitment, development and retention efforts as NIA looks to expand its enterprise along the Northeast Corridor and Mid Atlantic Region.
Peggy, who began her career with insurance broker Alexander & Alexander of New York, possesses nearly 30 years experience in the insurance industry and human resources profession. She was previously Vice President and National Human Resource Director of Acordia, Inc (Wells Fargo Insurance) in Chicago. Most recently, she served as an independent consultant, providing professional counsel to clients on critical HR practice and policy issues.
