Peter Hutton Joins The NIA Group, LLC
As Executive Vice President, National Sales

July 1, 2009, Paramus, NJ -- The NIA Group (NIA), LLC, one of the largest privately-held insurance brokerage firms in the country, is pleased to announce that Peter A. Hutton, 47, has joined the company as Executive Vice President, National Sales, effective immediately. In his new role, Mr. Hutton will develop and oversee the successful implementation of NIA’s sales strategy, including continued growth of the firm’s property casualty and employee benefit sectors.

With his natural ability to develop and direct high-performance sales teams, Mr. Hutton is well regarded throughout the insurance industry as a top-producing sales professional and leader. Prior to joining The NIA Group, Mr. Hutton was instrumental in the growth, sales and implementation of innovative benefits products and services for the Corporate Synergies Group (CSG), Inc.  During his tenure as Regional President, CSG opened new offices in Northern New Jersey and Manhattan and enjoyed unprecedented growth in sales and revenue.

Mr. Hutton received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University (83’).  He is licensed in Property Casualty, Life and Health and holds FINRA/SIPC Series 6 and 63 licenses.  Mr. Hutton resides in Northern New Jersey with his wife of 23 years and three children.
