The NIA Group is pleased to announce that the Connecticut Technology Council (CTC), a statewide trade association serving more than 330 Connecticut-based technology companies, has named the NIA Technology Division as its preferred membership provider of business insurance and health care benefits.
The partnership, effective immediately, gives CTC members the opportunity to obtain customized business insurance and health care solutions from insurance advisors who specialize in the technology industry. According to Mike Scricca, director of membership for the Connecticut Technology Council, “The partnership marks the first time CTC members - and the Connecticut technology community at large - can receive sound insurance counsel from an endorsed broker that understands the risks, concerns and objectives that are inherent to the technology sector.”
The NIA Technology Division has helped protect and grow hundreds of technology businesses, ranging from IT and telecommunications providers to medical technology and electronics manufacturing companies. Business insurance offerings include: property insurance, products liability, tech errors & omissions, Internet liability, risk management, loss control, workers’ compensation and more. Health insurance options include innovative programs like consumer driven health care and wellness and disease management as well as more traditional health plan offerings.
“We are truly pleased to align with the Connecticut Technology Council," notes Steve Grossberg, president and CEO of The NIA Group. "The NIA Group's Technology Division will be instrumental in helping Council members address their specific needs and plan wisely for a successful business future.”
NIA’s Connecticut Technology Council will be managed out of NIA’s Milford, CT office. For more information, please contact Pat Moran, program coordinator, at 203.876.6100 or pmoran@niagroup.com.
